Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs (2 pcs) and add melted butter (50 g) to them.
Combine the egg mixture with the dry ingredients and knead the dough thoroughly.
Divide the resulting dough into 10 equal parts.
Roll each part into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Lightly flatten each ball, shaping it into a cookie.
To create a nice pattern, use a fork to gently press down on the cookies.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
