Boil white fish (300–400 g) in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Flake the fish with a fork and add green onions (to taste), minced garlic (1 clove), and thyme (a pinch). Season with salt and pepper.

Add a beaten egg (1 pc) and coconut flour (30–40 g). Mix until smooth.

Form patties.

Fry them in clarified butter (1 tbsp) for 3–4 minutes on each side or bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.
