Slice turkey (500 g) thinly and lightly pound it. Melt ghee (100 g) and mix it with greek yogurt (200 g) without overheating. Add table salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), and garlic (15 g).

Finely chop broccoli (300 g) and leek (100 g). Mix the vegetables with egg (50 g) and table salt (to taste).

Grease a baking dish with some of the ghee, add the turkey with the yogurt mixture, and spread the vegetables with egg on top. Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
