Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Take a medium-sized baking dish and grease it with ghee (1 tsp) or coconut oil.
Place pieces of salmon (350 g) in the prepared dish. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, mix coconut cream (150 ml), ground ginger (1/6 tsp), curry spices (1/6 tsp), and optionally, chopped cilantro (6 g).
Evenly pour the resulting mixture over the fish in the dish.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
After baking, you can serve the fish with lime wedges (2-3 wedges) and chili pepper.
