First, boil the eggs (2 pcs.) until fully cooked, then mash them with a fork in a bowl.
Fry the bacon (4 strips) in a pan until crispy. Then chop it into small pieces.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs with mayonnaise (2 tbsp), coconut oil (1 tbsp), paprika (1/4 tsp), salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
If desired, you can make fat bombs from the salad. To do this, shape it into balls. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped bacon with finely chopped parsley (3 sprigs), and roll each ball in this mixture.
