Sweet cottage cheese buns

Stir until you get a thick, sticky dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls to form 5 patties.
If desired, sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds (to taste).
Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly browned.
Let the buns cool completely.
Store in a bag or container.
Before serving, heat in the microwave for 10 seconds for softness.
