Zucchini Casserole with Turkey Mince

Zucchini, Turkey mince, Egg, Onion, Mozzarella, 30% sour cream, Ghee, Garlic, Table salt, Pepper blend

Bake in the oven: 40 min. Mix: 5 min. Whisk with a mixer: 5 min. Blend with a blender: 5 min. Slice: 5 min. Fry: 5 min. Fry: 3 min. Fry: 10 min. Bake in the oven: 20 min.

Grate the Zucchini (500 g) coarsely and squeeze it well. Dice the Onion (100 g) and saute it in Ghee (50 g) for 2–3 minutes. Add the Turkey mince (500 g) and fry for about 10 minutes.

Add Garlic (12 g), Table salt (8 g), and Pepper blend (2 g) to the zucchini. Layer half the zucchini, the mince, and the remaining zucchini in a baking dish.

Whisk the Eggs (200 g) with 30% Sour cream (50 g), pour over the casserole, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella (100 g) and bake for another 20 minutes until golden.
