Heat olive oil (1 tbsp) in a deep heavy-bottomed pot.
Finely chop garlic (2 cloves) and add it to the pot. Sauté the garlic for about a minute until it starts to release its aroma.
Then add ground beef (900 g) and cook, stirring, for 8-10 minutes. Use a spatula to break the meat into small pieces.
Chop bell peppers (3) and add them to the meat.
Also add diced tomatoes (800 g), tomato sauce (800 g), beef bone broth (450 g), and water (470 g).
Don’t forget to add Italian herbs (1 tbsp).
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer the goulash for another 10-15 minutes until the peppers are soft.
Finally, add sea or pink Himalayan salt (2 tsp) and black pepper (1/2 tsp) to taste.
