This keto-friendly bread made from peanut flour will be a great addition to your diet. It is easy to prepare and contains no carbohydrates, making it an ideal choice for those following a low-carb diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients:
- 100 g peanut flour;
- 2 tbsp psyllium;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- a pinch of salt.
In a separate container, mix all the liquid components:
Combine the contents of both bowls and mix thoroughly until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
If you do not have a silicone baking mold, line it with baking paper. Then carefully pour the batter into the prepared mold and smooth it out with a spatula.
Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.
You can check the readiness of the bread with a wooden stick or toothpick: it should come out dry.
After baking, let the bread cool slightly.
