Finely chop the shallot (1/4 small onion), dill (1 sprig), and parsley (1 sprig).
In a deep bowl, combine canned salmon (220 g), almond flour (25 g), egg (1 pc.), chopped onion, herbs, and spices, including garlic salt (1/2 tsp) and smoked paprika (1/2 tsp).
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until homogeneous.
After that, divide the resulting mixture into 5 equal parts and form patties about 2-2.5 cm thick.
Heat a skillet and melt coconut oil (2 tbsp) in it.
Fry the patties for 3 minutes on each side.
During frying, carefully scoop the oil from the skillet and drizzle it over the patties to make them juicier and more aromatic.
