Mix the ground chicken (400 g) with finely chopped onion (1 piece), an egg (1 piece), and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
Place the resulting mixture in a round mold or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form the pizza base.
Put it in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, add tomato paste (or sauce) (2-3 tablespoons) and mix it with minced garlic (1 clove) and pizza spices, such as basil and oregano (a pinch).
After that, slice the tomato (1 piece) and mushrooms (3-4 pieces) into thin rounds.
When the base is ready, take it out of the oven and carefully spread the tomato paste on it.
Next, place the sliced tomatoes and mushrooms on the base, and sprinkle cheese (50 g) on top.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
