Boil the eggs (4 pcs.) hard. This will take about 10 minutes.
Cool them and peel off the shells. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Now in a deep bowl, mash the avocado (1 pcs.) and add the yolks from the eggs, the juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
