Whisk the melted butter (50 g, fat content of 82.5%), eggs (2 pcs) and coconut milk (50 ml).
Add organic baking soda (1/2 tsp), almond flour (150 g), a pinch of salt, stevia, and Ceylon cinnamon to taste. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into a donut mold and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Drizzle the cooled donuts with coconut glaze from the attached recipe.
