Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Finely chop the onion (1/2), garlic (2 cloves), and zucchini (1).
Drain the liquid from the canned tuna (150 g) and combine it in a bowl with the chopped vegetables and eggs (4).
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Add spices: sea or pink Himalayan salt (1 tsp), ground black pepper (1/4 tsp), and paprika (1/4 tsp). Also, add almond flour (2 tbsp).
Mix the mixture well until homogeneous.
Place the resulting mixture into a baking dish.
Bake the omelet in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until it develops a golden crust.
