Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a large saucepan, pour in water and bring it to a boil.
Add spinach (120 g), cover with a lid, and cook for 2 minutes. Then stir the spinach, cover again, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Once the spinach is ready, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, combine ground turkey (450 g), dried basil (1 tbsp), oregano (1 tbsp), garlic salt (1 tsp), and black pepper (1/2 tsp). Add an egg (1), coconut flour (1 tbsp), and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
After the spinach has cooled, squeeze out any excess moisture, chop it, and add it to the meat mixture. Mix well to ensure the spinach is evenly distributed.
Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form meatballs.
Place them in the prepared dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
