Blanșați pătrunjelul (35 g) în apă clocotită timp de câteva minute, apoi răciți-l imediat în apă cu gheață.
După ce pătrunjelul s-a răcit, puneți-l în bolul blenderului împreună cu muștarul de Dijon (20 g), stevia (10 g) și oțetul de mere (10 g).
Începeți să amestecați și, în timpul mixării, adăugați treptat uleiul vegetal (80 g). Amestecați toate ingredientele până obțineți o compoziție omogenă, ceea ce va dura câteva minute.
