- salt to taste;
- optionally, you can add 1/4 tsp xanthan gum.
Add and mix well:
- 100 g flaxseed meal (you can mix it with almond meal);
- optionally, you can add any nuts and seeds.
If desired, let it sit for 30 minutes
Put it in the microwave for 10-12 minutes
The bread is ready. But if you want to achieve a crust, bake it for 15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
