Smântână rece 35% grăsime (500 g), bate cu mixerul timp de 3-4 minute.
Adaugă pudră de stevie (70 g) și mai mixează încă 1-2 minute.
Toarnă compoziția într-o formă și pune la congelator pentru 8-10 ore.
Se recomandă să nu păstrezi acest înghețată mai mult de o zi, deoarece gustul se schimbă deja a doua zi. Și nu mai este la fel de deliciosă ca în primele 8-10 ore.
Variații:
- poți adăuga 25 g cacao;
- poți adăuga vanilie;
- poți adăuga scorțișoară;
- înainte de a pune la congelator, poți adăuga bucăți de ciocolată și să amesteci ușor;
- în loc de 500 g smântână, poți folosi 300 g smântână și 200 g mascarpone, filadelfia sau cremă de brânză (în acest caz, mascarpone-ul se adaugă la etapa adăugării îndulcitorului).
